Mind...  Our best tool or worst enemy
All that we are is the result of what we have thought

Our bodies and our minds are separate parts that together make up our entire being. We can compare our bodies to a guest house and our minds to the guests who dwell within them. One way to demonstrate that our minds and bodies are separate entities is to imagine that you are lying down on a sofa. Your body is idle and relaxed, and rooted to this one location. At the same time, your mind might be wandering far and wide in the depths of old memories, or floating in vast fantastical worlds of your own creation.

It is essential for us to understand the mind. It is our mind that is the root cause of all of our problems, but it is also the source of lasting contentment and peace.  It is the mind that creates suffering, and yet only the mind can liberate us from our pain and torment.

We have been led to believe that our suffering is caused by many external factors. We blame other people, our life circumstances, our material situation, or our failing health for causing all our difficulties. But nothing could be further from the truth. In reality, all our suffering comes from our own perspective of mind, which is a product of our five senses.

I provide the tools that will set you free from the old habit of negative thoughts and feelings, and replace them with a permanent inner peace. This is the base purpose of our human life.
