Private Yoga Sessions

I strongly recommend private yoga sessions. These types of sessions allow for the teacher and student to build working relationships while examining and identifying specific needs and co-creating a practice that addresses individual goals. Private instruction lets you work on what makes sense for you, at your own pace and at a time that is convenient for you.

One on one sessions are excellent for beginners! and is the safest and best way to begin your journey into yoga and to develop an understanding of what yoga really is.

Whether you are a beginner, returning to your yoga practice or are an advanced practitioner, one on one sessions will help you to increase your confidence and to deepen your practice. It will give you the chance to ask questions in a confidential environment and receive full on personalised guidance and hands-on adjustments tailored to your individual needs.



Private sessions will include and support you with:


  • Introduction to the practice of yoga

  • Studying the philosophical aspects of yoga

  • Establish and/or deepen your existing practice and understanding of yoga

  • Developing a home practice

  • Deepening your practice with pranayama (breathing) excercises and meditation

  • Learning how to work and heal therapeutically from an injury, health issue or disease

  • Identify modifications of poses specific to your body's needs
